Worked up a bit of a sweat, but my shoulder is not responding well to the minimal work I have done. I hope its just soreness, and not something else at this point. xo-karate Posted July 21, 2012 Posted July 21, 2012 gym: reps 10 - 8 - 5 with load 5 to 10 kg increase on each set. Split day routine - day A ( about 60 minutes).(Liked it very much more than 3 x 10 reps with same load.)
