Did 15 minutes of basic work in my living room. Blocks and hand techniques while moving in stances; no kicks today. Worked up a bit of a sweat, but my shoulder is not responding well to the minimal work I have done. I hope its just soreness, and not something else at this point. But it probably is.

gym: reps 10 - 8 - 5 with load 5 to 10 kg increase on each set. Split day routine - day A ( about 60 minutes).

(Liked it very much more than 3 x 10 reps with same load.)

Various grappling, boxing, clinching and other beatings with Tallgeese and MasterPain at a mini Bujin Clan gathering. Had a Blast!!!

7/21- drills, bunkai

7/22- 400 meter runs, 90 second rest period times 6

7/23- Morining- chest and triceps, abs, stretching, and worked on all katas slowly. Evening- Sen Sha Do Sandan and applications from it. Also touched on Sen Sha Do Yondan.

7/25/12- 70 burpees, 60 sit ups, 50 kettlebell swings, 40 pullups, 30 handstand pushups, biceps, stretching routine. Class this evening.
