Friday- worked on self defense against weapons, mainly escrima sticks and short sword/knife attacks.

Sat- heavy leg workout

7/16- did chest, triceps, abs, 15 minutes on elliptical, and full stretching routine. Have advanced rank training tonight.

Drilled isolating far arm in side followed by a reverse arm bar, kimura w/ isolation and then a step around arm bar. Finished by using isolation to set up an Americana.

35 min free roll. Focused on isolating from top.

7/16 evening- worked on bunkai and applications from Pinan Yondan.
