MasterPain
4/16 Solo night. After seeing a hojo undo video, decided to do slow motion sinawali with 6 pound maces until my wrists refused to do more. Then one step drills and flowing with traditional Bujin weapons: sticks, bigger sticks, a staff, pointed stick, a bottle, butcher knife, pocket knife, African bullwhip, a pencil, sheet metal workers punch tool, 3 pound dumbell, ect.. My fists bleed death. -Akuma

bushido_man96
4/17/20128 am - 9 am: Use-of-force training for the department, involving Taser and sim guns. We did hour blocks, and I ran through 3 or 4 scenarios. Weapons transitons were involved, which is quite tricky when the blood gets up. Sadly, I got to fire no sim rounds. 4/18/2012Texas Method: Recovery daySquats: warmup: 45x5, 135x5; work: 200x2x5Overhead press: warmup: 45x5, 95x5, 105x3; work: 115x3x5Barbell rows: warmup: 135x5, 155x3, 175x2; work: 190x3x5Back hyperextensions: 45x2x10, BWx3x10Assisted chinups: 3x10Naifanchix5 https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
