xo-karate Posted March 8, 2012 Posted March 8, 2012 3/8Gym and learning a new workout.Idea is to have two full body workout per week. Workouts are split so that upper body max strength and lower body high reps is one session and second session is upperbody high reps and lower body max strength.

tallgeese Posted March 10, 2012 Posted March 10, 2012 3/1060 min open mat. Drilled some rounds with eyes closed for feel. Worked specifically on double under awareness and passing an elongated spider guard. Rest of the rolls just played and had a good time. http://alphajiujitsu.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJhRVuwbm__LwXPvFMReMww
