Drilled side control and defeating the underhook counter. Moved into the americana and then to a reverse armbar followed by a far side armbar variant.

Stretch: standing/kneeling quads, seiza, front/twist/side bar stretch, toe touches, reverse hurdler, butterfly/glutes, seated knee hugs/back twists, chest/tris/bis.

Drilled passing open guard, same side. Move to knee in, transition to mount. Finish with collar choke.

45 min free roll. Lots of rounds with our brown who's prepping for the Pans next March.
