Masterpain head boxing repeatedly face ouch hurts

Nah, just kidding. Did have a rather vicious headache, good to see that youre still capable of cracking skulls and you haven't regressed into peace, love and Jits ala Tallgeese. :D

Squats: warmup: 45x5x2, 135x5, 205x3, 225x2, 295x5; work: 305x5x5

Overhead press: warmup: 45x5x2, 70x5, 90x3, 100x2; work: 135x5x5 This was my previous stall weight. :D

Dead lift: warmup: 135x5, 175x5, 210x5; work: 325x5

Assisted pull-ups: 11,11,10

Stretch: standing/kneeling quads, front/twist/side kick bar stretches, toe touches, seated knee hugs, seated back twists, chest/bis/tris.

Drilled passing the guard via a reverse knee in motion. Moved to taking side, then transition to knee in position. Fininshed iwth basball bat choke. drilled armbar series from guard to close out technique.

30 min free roll.

Good to be back at the home acadamy after some time away to visit other places.

9/8 Got cardio workout by being in a car going to St. Louis airport. Unfamiliar places scare me.... then contracted a nasty cold- leading to today's workout.

9/9 Strenuous physical activity searching for lost tv remote.

Had to deload on bench press and barbell rows. I also decided to add the press to the power clean, and I really like that. One set of 5 really tires me out there.

A guy at the gym today with some Olympic lifting experience showed me how to do the Olympic Snatch. I may have to try that one out, too. He also showed me the difference between the power clean I do and the Olympic version. Really good stuff.
