Worked on a two stick drill and some forms. Taught Orientation from 5:30 - 6:00, and got warmed up doing basics in the process. Traditional Class from 6:00 - 7:00. Class felt pretty good tonight. In sparring, I abandoned the punching to try to work on footwork, especially with moving to the side of straight-line front kick and side kick attacks. I still need more work on this. Then, we did a 3-for-all with a 4th dan and a 1st dan. I elected to go back to punching for this one. I was tired, and wore out, but it was fun!On the following day, I noticed that my left thumb is a little sore, like I jammed it in the process of punching someone! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

I wish I did. I have some friends that share the interest, but our schedules don't key up very well. bushido_man96 Posted July 11, 2007 Author Posted July 11, 2007 Yeah, there are tons of factors involved. I do think about it a lot, though. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
