SL 5x5B

Squats: warmup: 45x5x2, 135x5, 205x3, 225x2; work: 240x5x5

Overhead press: warmup: 45x5x2, 65x3, 85x2; work: 120x5x5

Dead lift: warmup: 135x5, 175x5, 210x5; work: 295x5

With the deload on squats, I really focused on my technique, especially hip drive. Dead lift felt really good.

End of week stats:

Weight: 255 lbs

BF: 30.5%

BMI: 38.8

Drilled half guard to back. Roll to armbar

60 min free roll

pm:

Drilled 30 min of takedown work

Reviewd the pendulum sweep and subs off it.

15 min of rounds working this live

Back to takedowns for 10

I was going to run as well, but my kids decided that fishing was more in order. Who am I to argue.

Ok, really, it was 91 degrees in the acadamy today. Like rolling in a winter coat in the middle of summer. What in the world is wrong with me.

Drilled half guard, to taking back, roll to arm bar.

30 mercifully short minutes of free roll

GS, MP, I'm gonna be down there visiting family in Aug, the 10-13. Any chance we can schedule some workout time for all of us? Maybe a cookout too, I have some killer stuff I've been working on over the summer.
