Started with takedown work and went on free roll. Rounds of gi and no-gi. Tons of good training and good times, feel like i picked up some good stuff in a really eye opening experience of true BJJ.Do not drink memory of technique into oblivion.Cause I want to train BJJ bad, like so bad.
