X guard work, butterfly guard, counters to each. Tripod sweep from De La Riva, counter to spider. Fninshed with half guard sweeps.45 min free roll.Awesome day.4/17travel day and work off hangover from post-seminar revelry.4/18am- Start of 2 weeks day shift work instructing the department's control tactics program. This means pleanty of rep work on those things that we do. Again, we managed a pretty good evolution this year again.
