TKD class: 6:00 - 7:30. Basics, forms, one-steps, and sparring, with a stretch after basics. Sparring went ok. Worked on a back leg front kick, and getting it into combinations. Some were ok, I think I just need to commit to it more. I also need to work on my footwork bad.

I also despise my form. It angers me. :x

3/19 Boxing with new guys at our mma gym, had to constantly explain that we are training and are not trying to kill each other.

30 min freeroll focused on controlling lower extremities.

3/20 Boxing followed by grappling-worked escapes from side control.

3/22 BJJ, focused mainly on guard passes

Sorry about not making it up tonight MP, was dog tired and my body was not cooperating, was in desperate need of rest. Will be up tomorrow.

3/23 Lack of training partners so i worked heavy bag, shoulders and abs. Got a decent sweat going at least.
