Groinstrike Posted January 29, 2011 Posted January 29, 2011 1/27A light warmup followed by four 3 minute rounds of hard boxing sparring. I was really a having trouble keeping everything crisp and tight and instead resulted to throwing bombs everytime i got in trouble. I did ok, but got a few more than i gave out. As a cool down we worked about 45 minutes of gun disarms from various positions.
