Lat pull-down: 130x10, 140x8, 150x6

Seated row: 120x12, 130x10, 150x6

Iso pull-down: 65x10, 70x10, 75x8

Lat pull-over: 80x10, 90x10, 100x8

Bent over row: 70x10, 80x8, 90x6

Upright rows: 70x10, 75x8, 80x6

Dumbell rows: 45x10, 50x8, 55x6

Legs

Hip sled: 270x10, 290x8, 310x6

Angled standing leg press: 90x10, 110x8, 130x6

Abs

Thera crunch: 25x12x3

Smith crunch: 25x15x3

Ab coaster: 20x10x3

Dumbell side raises: 55x10x3

8 hour block of DT and police specific ground fighting. Some stand up striking, weapon retention then move into ground work. Paired stuff as well.

Some good drills out of the day. Lots of time on the mat.

Ninjitsu training attempting to enter Liverpunch's house to wake him up to go train, unsuccessful, however our banging on the door did rouse him and got him moving

Light freeroll-30 minutes, concentrated on guard passes and top game, especially working shallow side control to knee in.

MMA light striking with takedowns-30 minutes- concentrated in a high single and ankle pick.
