I cycled stuff back in conditioning this week and plan to do the same with the lifting next week. So far so good on this workout. I think I'll end the trial just before Christmas. I think this will be my go to for next year pre-comp. I've even managed to trouble shoot it around an injury. Not bad, and still got my main focus on the rolling. Lots of sport specific movements, ect. The experiment has been worth the time. http://alphajiujitsu.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJhRVuwbm__LwXPvFMReMww
MasterPain Posted December 10, 2010 Posted December 10, 2010 Felt crappy and tired so did a light warm-up, stretched and practiced slow technique. My fists bleed death. -Akuma

Adamo Posted December 11, 2010 Posted December 11, 2010 Good thread! This is very inspiring. It's always nice to hear about other martial artists who wish to push their edge further then before. Great way to see how you compare with others as well. I'll join in!12/11SquatsCrunchesLeg raisesLungesLeg extensions
