bushido_man96
11/29/2010Finally back to the gym today! Woo-hoo!And now, the sad realization that I have lost soooo much.Push day: bench, incline bench, triceps push-downs and another bench tricep exercise. Also did some abs and some forearm work.I keep telling myself that it will all come back, and just take what I can get for now, and not push it. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

bushido_man96
11/29/2010Made it back to TKD class last night, too. Did mainly basics and forms review, which was good, because I sorely needed it. My legs are really sore now. I forget how much regular training does for my body. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
