BJJ nite:

Worked on passing the open guard. Moved to side, worked knee in and neck crank to arm bar.

40 min free roll

1/2 hour cardio and strength circuit

20 minutes wrestling takedowns (largely sucessful)

20 minutes sparring (showing off my ability to eat punches and take kicks to the right thigh)

15 minutes light lifting

20 minutes sparring(Showing my ability to run away for the majority of the round and thing spring to life with the fury of a rabid badger)

p.s does anybody know if badgers and wolverines have scent glands similair to a skunk.

Wolverines have a them according to wikipedia. And you were right about Lamentations, it is a book in the old testament. It's only 5 chapters long and takes up about 1 page. Easy to overlook, but it's there.
