Jogged mile in 10:45, and made 1.38 miles in 15 minutes.

TTA low green belt form (Do-San)

ATA camo belt form. Had to review it a few times, but got it in the end.

Chest and triceps. Bench bothered my right shoulder again. Not sure what to do about that.

today-

Worked through pummelling and takedown work. Moved to guard passing and half guard. Finished with rounds of holding/escaping side control.

Finished with 3, 5 min rounds of free roll.

Yesterday-

BJJ nite:

Drilled thru guard to high guard transition, arm bar finish. Followed by losing the arm bar and moving on to an omo plata. Last was a sweep series from omo.

45 min free roll.

today-

2.5 mile run

I thought I better start to put things on this thread as it may make myself train in a better way.

27th July

20min Bag Workout

Focused On Punching (Straight Lead and Cross)

Abs

5x5 Ab Wheel On Knees

2x10 Reverse Crunches

3x5 Leg Raises

Run

7.2 Miles 1hr 27min (Complete accident got lost, was first run in months and will suffer for it tommorow, walked a large amount of it, was so suprised how long it was when looked on google)

Also did some kicking in the afternoon as well only light stuff.

The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
