Moved on to technique and worked the far side armbar from side some more and then the arm bar escape. Finished with an omo plata escape. Ran round robin in groups of woorking submissions/sweeps from guard vs. passing guard. Finished with no hands triangle drills from the guard.Went over high guard position and transition there from guard.
