Reviewed week's material. 45 min free roll.

Went over multiple strike form and dakup forms. Drilled bridging with aspect of them. Put them into flow.

Department Defensive Tactics: two sessions, 1:00 - 3:00 pm, and 6:30 - 8:30 pm. We covered combatives and self-defense from the Krav system. Bag work using punches, palm strikes, and hammer fist strikes. We also did a drill that started with hammer strikes standing, then going to kneeling, then striking from being on the back, then hopped back up and finished with punches or palms. From there we did some kicking, front kicks low, and defensive front kicks, and knee strikes in the clinch. With the defensive front kicks, we did a closing drill with the kicking shields. For self-defense, we started with front choke and side choke defenses.

Drilled escapes from back mount. Scooping low and driving to leg.

40 min free roll.

PTK work after. Drilled both sides of the multiple strike form. Drilled its application into flow. Finished with flow.

16 Dec 2014.

-3hr Kyokushin class. Drilled Hihon, moving in stances, Kumite drills and bunkai takedowns/grappling.

17 Dec 2014.

-15min HIIT.

-15min drilling combinations (kihon) moving in Moro-Ashi-Dashi, Zenkutsu Dachi and Kiba Dachi.

-15min abs.
