Moved into 5 fluids practice. He finished with some free work with his little brother. Not fair, but he had fun with him.3/12/2014Wrestle with Kendall, 3:45 - 4:25. Worked on takedowns, quite a bit, to covering after the takedown. Also did head snap to Iowa. Worked on some "popping" over to switch positions when someone on bottom is rolling into him, and some other drills when he's on top to pin.
