-90min Kyokushin class, afternoon.

-Thai pad work with partner, roundhouse kicks (5min).

-Circuits, abs focus (5min).

-Kata, Seipai (10min)

-2hr Kyokushin class, evening.

Lunges: 3x10, alternating.

10 minutes of Wrestling with Kendall: elbow block/shoot; inside cradle (had to use our 3 year old for a partner on this one...he loved it!); rolling to reverse.

TKD Testing: 6:30 - 8:00. Went pretty good. We've got some young pups that got really intense on the sparring. We've got some promising students on the rise; I just hope they stick with it.

Prior to testing, I spent some time working on Yoo Sin with some of the other new 3rd dans.

Drilled side control with knee traps on near arm. Move to arm bar, then kimura.

3 min rounds of breaking guard

20 min free roll

4, 3 min rounds of sparring. Kickboxing focus.

Great, right back to injured shoulder. Trashed it when I whiffed on a cross during the last, hard round, of sparring. I know, just better then I go and mess it up again. Here comes the ice again.

Went to first TKD class.

4 rounds of 30sec of:

- Jump Rope

- Jump Spinning Side Kick

- Burpees

- Pump Kicks

- Air Squats

- Rest

1 round of 1:30 of:

- Jump Rope

- Jump Spinning Side Kick

- Burpees

- Pump Kicks

- Air Squats

5 rounds of 20sec situps w/ 10sec rest

Then stretching.

Then hobbled out the door...

Shoulder rehab.

Drilled kimura from side. Reverse armbar cross body from side. Great detail work on the kimura.

10 min slow work on takedowns.

20 min light free roll.
