Went pretty good. We've got some young pups that got really intense on the sparring. Move to arm bar, then kimura.3 min rounds of breaking guard20 min free roll4, 3 min rounds of sparring. Kickboxing focus. Great, right back to injured shoulder. Trashed it when I whiffed on a cross during the last, hard round, of sparring. I know, just better then I go and mess it up again.
