jaypo
8/2- AM- 15 minutes, as many sets as possible, 6-8 reps of the following:115lb clean and press, 115lb sumo deadlift to upright row, hack squats. Then biceps. Then stretching routine. I think my body will be mad at me tomorrow!I've started my own "Crossfit" type of workout to improve my conditioning, power, and endurance while still maintaining my strength. Most crossfit workouts don't hit some of the things that I need to maintain my size and strenght, so I'm going to do my own routine implementing their favorite exercises but to my own cadence and weight. I'll give it 6 weeks and let you know the results. As of today, I'm 6'0 (don't expect that to change!!), 189 lbs, and about 19% body fat.
