Finished with omo plata from same position. Follow roll out of omo to arm bar. But in regard to a grappling tournament, may be not so much. 5/5Had cop grappling tourney in Chicago. 3, 3 min rounds at full go that ended with me getting the win and due to the way the brackets fell, the championship. Video coming soon. 5/6Full on rest day. With much binging.
