xo-karate
1/25early:light heavy bag routine - Paul + Superfoot routine and stretching. I did it light ( 2 hours). My high kicks are about waist high, but I'm working on flexibility.I think my 20 years break might have done something to my flexibility or back operation or hip arthitis... or early date of birth...Late:BJJ class - back mount (technique, technical rolling, rolling starting from back mount) Edited January 26, 2012 by xo-karate

tallgeese
1/2690 min free roll, rounds between three of us. GS, yes, there are perks to working where I work from time to time . The up side is that I've gotten a lot of reps with the spear, striking, takedowns and such. On the down side, I've also been thrown, beaten on, and knocked about when I was in the suit. The guys I teach CT with and I are all cool about rotating in when we're not actively training or serving in the suit. It's very conducive to getting more reps. http://alphajiujitsu.com/https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJhRVuwbm__LwXPvFMReMww
