Going to back it off, deload, and switch to 3 sets of 5, I think.Overhead press: warmup: 45x5x2, 70x5, 90x3, 100x2; work: 140x3,4,4,2,3That just sucked. Once I get a plate on each side, the weight doesn't want to move.Dead lift: warmup: 135x5, 175x5, 210x5; work: 330x5Finally, some success this day!Power snatch: 65x5x3Fun lift.
