45 min grappling-light freeroll concetrating on grips and hip/chest pressure from all positions.

Same here, plus some treadmill.

Military press: 95x10, 105x8, 115x6

Dumbell shoulder press: 40x10, 45x8, 50x6

Iso shoulder press: 45x10, 55x8, 60x6

Rear deltoid fly: 90x10, 105x8, 120x6

Deltoid machine: 115x10, 130x8, 145x6

Legs:

Hip sled: 335x10, 385x10, 410x10

Angled standing leg press: 90x10, 110x8, 120x6

A light warmup followed by four 3 minute rounds of hard boxing sparring. I was really a having trouble keeping everything crisp and tight and instead resulted to throwing bombs everytime i got in trouble. I did ok, but got a few more than i gave out. As a cool down we worked about 45 minutes of gun disarms from various positions.
