Floor kicks

Round kicks: 3x15 each leg

Side kicks: 2x15 each leg

Front kicks: 2x10 each leg

Also did a bunch of half/dips on a bench while at the track meet today.

yesterday pm-

Spent time doing force on force training at the deapartment in small units.

today-

BJJ nite:

Drilled arm bars from a variant knee in position. Worked maintaining posture in guard.

Free roll for 60 min.

today-

mitt work:

3, 2 min rounds shin kick to combo, cover. Add hook to tie up to knees.

Drilled over side control posture followed by transition to knee in and D'Arce choke.

40 min free roll.

yesterday-

Spent the first day, of the next two weeks, teaching control tactics to the deaprtment. Mainly, I deal with the ground figthing stuff and striking.

BJJ nite:

Drilled over closed guard pass to side to arm bar.

60 min free roll.

60 min free roll. Played open guard alot, worked side control, and drilled takedown work.

Contined teaching at the department. Getting really good at presenting my weapon while embroiled in a ground fight. That can't be a bad skill.
