This is a good idea.

5:30 start , went for a jog and went over 3 of my styles (katas , and sparing) finished at 12:00

1:00 started at my school and trained my stundents for 2 hours then went home and trained agian in other styles for a futher 4 hours.

Day finished.

I think that there is no 1 style , and that to truly become a great martial artist and person you must take information from where ever you can.

Chest/triceps

Incline bench press: 135x10, 145x8, 155x4

Decline bench press: 135x10, 155x8, 165x6

Triceps push-downs: 90x10, 105x8, 6

Overhead triceps press: 50x10, 60x8, 65x6

Abs

Decline crunches: 3x12

Hanging knee raises: 3x10

Cardio: 10 minutes on a Schwinn Spinner, then 10 minutes on a recumbent bike.

Defensive Tactics: 10:15 - 11:15. Worked on a shoulder throw, sheonage, and a head-wrap throw into arrest and control techniques.

TKD Class: 6:00 - 7:00. Class was good tonight. Sparring went very well for me. I sparred the 4th dan at the end of class, and managed to stay mobile, get some shots in, and block and move well. I was pleased.

Chest/triceps

Bench press: 155x10, 185x8, 225x3

Incline bench press: 135x10, 145x6, 165x2

Dip machine: 215x10, 8, 6

Back

Back hyperextensions: 3x10

Abs

Decline crunches: 3x12

Medicine ball crunches: 3x10 followed by 3x10 tosses and catches. Used 20 lb. ball.

Hanging leg raises: I played around with these. I lifted my legs up as high as I could, and then my instructor would raise them up higher for me, and I would try to resist them from lowering. I only did 3 or 4, and it was nasty!

Cardio: Schwinn spinner for 10 minutes, and then a recumbant bike for 10 minutes.

Combat Hapkido: 10:15 - 12:00. We worked on the green and purple belt curriculum. We learned quite a bit, and worked on some good finishes.

TKD Class: 6:00 - 7:00. Class was rough today. I didn't feel that great as far as my technique went. In sparring, I did ok, but felt that I could have done better.

Morning Session 1

6am

* 3×5 min rounds heavy bags

* 20 min of clinching and striking drills

Morning Session 2

11:30am to 1pm

Strength Conditioning

* Barbell Complex 1 (Stiff Dead/Hang Clean/Bent Row/Mil. Press 105 lbs for 5reps of each before putting the bar down x 5 sets)

* Barbell Complex 2 (Hang Snatch/Hang Clean/Mil. Press 105 lbs for 1rep each for 3 cycles before putting the bar down.

* Incline Sit Ups

o 100 lbs DB on chest for 10 reps x 3 sets

o 100 lbs DB and 35 lbs plate on chest for 10 reps
