BenefitMC
OK thanks man I was just wondering because it looks a little dated but the moves are awesome and i gave my friends brother 5 bucks to see which one I could pull off pretty well and they arent to hard for some reason I jsut thought you had to be real strong to do the throws but they arent really that hardThanks again,BMC
badclams
I rented a few from BushidoDVD.com and I really liked'em ! Bas isn't all white bread and cordial, he runs ya through it like a bro would. You dont have to be a big dude to pull the techniques, thats what I liked. everything is to the point and very effective. worth checking out and adding to your lil bag of tricks. Lead, follow, or get the hell outta my way !
BenefitMC
Id like to get the one on the ground submission fighting but i think id rather get the gracie series for that and besides they are videos and they dont substitute for practice in the dojo obviously but its cool to hear some other explanations thanks for the relpies guysThanksBMC
bushido_man96
You are right, they are no substitue for a teacher, however, depending on your skill level, you can still garner some learning from them, and they are great for visual reference. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
