Orion Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 I'm trying to stay happy about it On christmas eve the girlfriend and i started to get all childish and mess about. She kicked me so i picked her up, unfortunately i didn't pick her up properly and pulled a muscle in my lower back. Not only did i have a poo christmas because of it but now I can't train and I can't go to the gym. At the moment im trying to rest it as much as possible and keep it warm. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.

bushido_man96 Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 Ouch, sorry to hear that, man.I have been fortunate enough to never pull a back muscle. I realize how debilitating it can be for quite some time.I hope you heal up soon. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Jeet Kune Do Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 aah dont worry, Patience is the Key to opening the door of great rewards Everything happens for a reason, mabye you have been saved from tearing a muscle while training, huh? A drop of sweat spent in practice is a drop of blood saved in a battle.A person who say it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it.
