Eric7_27
Does anyone else ever have the problem with dizziness when working out or whatever? I seem to get really dizzy only after a few turn kicks etc. Is there anything that you guys do to deal with it, or make yourself used to the turning fast etc? Eventually I feel to dizzy that I can't do too much. I try switching sides- but that hasn't helped yet so far.-Eric
bushido_man96
You might go to the doctor, and have him/her take a look inside your ears. You could be having an equilibrium problem because of them. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

bushido_man96
Hopefully, that isn't the case, but best to get it checked out. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
lordtariel
Is it just when you're doing the spinning kicks? If not it might be dehydration. There's no place like 127.0.0.

You may have some sort of infection that is causing the equilibrium problem and the doc can find it and correct the problem. MisterRadley
bushido is right. Definitely have your ear looked at. However, it could just be a hydration or nutrition problem.
Eric7_27
Ok thanks- I'll have to get it checked out. It drives me crazy 'cause I can't practice my turn type kicks for long before I get somewhat dizzy. Like in class my first one's the best, then it just goes downhill... baronbvp
How old are you? As you get older, equilibrium can be affected by motion. Try looking at one same spot as you spin around, instead of spinning your head, too. Ice skaters do that when they spin quickly. Can you stand on one foot and look straight up without falling over? That's a good test to see if you are okay. Only as good as I make myself be, only as bad as I let myself be.Martial arts are like kinetic chess. Your move.
