bushido_man96
It looked like the guys in the back of the second video were doing the electric worm to get back up. Is that what you are referring to? https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Sohan
Electric worm? What's that? IMO, none of them were really doing the burpee "correctly". I hate to be a burpee "snob", but if I did it the way some of them were, I could finish considerably faster than I did the last time. With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." bushido_man96
The electric worm is like a dance move, where you lie flat, and then kind of do a worming motion. Former NFL wide receiver Johnnie Morton used to do it as a touchdown celebration.I will take a good look at the site you gave me, to make sure I do it right. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

baronbvp
If I try Sohan's challenge, I'll save time at the end to dial 911... Only as good as I make myself be, only as bad as I let myself be.Martial arts are like kinetic chess. Your move.
bushido_man96
If I try Sohan's challenge, I'll save time at the end to dial 911...Just use your cell phone, and give it a voice tag, so you can grunt into the phone, and then yell into it after you fall down! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
