stejitsu
At my WC 1st degree grading i had 8 weeks to prepare myself from the point of being informed of the grading. We worked hard upto the point with each class dedicated to specific needs that where going to be included into the grading.Boxing, WC,,,boxing V'S WC,,,,WC V's grappling,,,, clinch work with knees,,,,,,Fighting with back against wall,,,kickboxing,,,,,,,standup to take down,,,,,rolling on the matt,,, stick work.On the day of the grading i did non stop fighting from the moment it began to the moment it finished. I was roughed up but felt i really deserved my 1st degree. I took shodan in jiu jitsu but was not pushed anywhere near as hard as this. Wing chun helps you find the path to ones inner strength. lordtariel
Nervous before, not during. I've learned to shut down my mind when I'm actually testing. All that testing is is a slightly more intense practice session. Relax and you should do fine. Good Luck. There's no place like 127.0.0.
