NightOwl Posted December 19, 2006 Posted December 19, 2006 Is there any reliable way to help raise tolerance for taking punches (other than crunches, etc for the stomach area)? Telling people 'Yo mama' jokes in a biker bar seems to be an option, but I'd like to avoid that...
