upper back spasm

I have been suffering from a upper back pain ,between my spinal and shoulder, look at this web site picture, mine is 2" above #2 on the right side.

anyone have had a semilar problem? or any suggestion? i am not sure but i think it started about 2 years ago when i bought a heavey long bow. (65lbs compare to my usuall 50lbs).although i have not shot any arrows from summer i still have the pain and spasm.

I see no one has given you an answer yet. I cant either. Do not have experience with it or something. I would recomment you go to the doctor. You already have the problem for two years so I think it is about time you do that

I agree with Tom. You should have your back looked at by a doctor.
