My wife as having some BLTs so I downed a rather large one as I went out the door. Between the mayo, bacon grease, and the heat of the dojo, I couldn't make it through class without loosing my dinner.

karate carolyn Posted December 11, 2006 Posted December 11, 2006 for me it not eating at all - done that once when i first started back and nearly passed out i have a very bad habbit of doing that cause im a student you know what they say about student life but i do try to eat somthing at least now. but having a curry the night before is also not a fantastic idea

Jay Posted December 24, 2006 Posted December 24, 2006 I always eat about an hour before I have to eat as late as possible because by the second hour I start to get really tired and shakey if i havent eaten The key to everything is continuity achieved by discipline.
