42 by march can be done, but it may not be easy. What you are doing now is likely not enough. Classes seem to be 1.5 - 2 hours, correct? How many days per week are you doing the circuits?

not to sound like a total idiot, but... how do i do that? :P

Hydrostatic weighing is the most accurate, but you would have to find some high dollar facilities to do that. Go to a dietician or your doctor, and they should be able to do a skinfold test on you to tell you.

Most gyms can do it too, may be much cheaper.

don't think a BMI is very effective imo for me going by the internet 1s due to the fact that they count your whole body weight as fat, and dont even consider muscles. And as I have rather big muscles in my thighs, calfs and biceps, don't think it'll be too accurate

Yeah my classes are going to go up to an extra one on a thursday fore an hour of pure sparring a week too.

I do circuits about 3 times a week at classes + twice at my house too now.

Recently I've started cycling and jogging more, and doing a bit more weights.
