elbows_and_knees Posted December 8, 2006 Posted December 8, 2006 42 by march can be done, but it may not be easy. What you are doing now is likely not enough. Classes seem to be 1.5 - 2 hours, correct? How many days per week are you doing the circuits?
bushido_man96 Posted December 9, 2006 Posted December 9, 2006 not to sound like a total idiot, but... how do i do that? Hydrostatic weighing is the most accurate, but you would have to find some high dollar facilities to do that. Go to a dietician or your doctor, and they should be able to do a skinfold test on you to tell you. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

Symphony-x Posted December 11, 2006 Author Posted December 11, 2006 don't think a BMI is very effective imo for me going by the internet 1s due to the fact that they count your whole body weight as fat, and dont even consider muscles. And as I have rather big muscles in my thighs, calfs and biceps, don't think it'll be too accurateEDIT:42 by march can be done, but it may not be easy. What you are doing now is likely not enough.
