A grading examiner once said to someone in my club: "you're technique's good, but it has no 'soul'". I think that describes that video. Where's the "oomph!", the "zanshin"?

Amazing strength and flexibility though.

She is defenitely flexible, and must have some leg strength, but the speed was a little less than stellar.

Props to her, though, I can't do that!

She's got good flexibility. I suspect she was in gymnastics. Some of those moves looked like she'd done some before. I did a few of those such as the splits and that arial in gymnastics. I agree though, she's lacking in spirit and power. If she gets that she'd be one heck of a fighter!

External training without the training of the mind is nothing

hate to be a stick in the mud, but I was rather un impressed.

While her flexibility was fantastic, it completely lacked fluidity, speed and -power.

More of a dance routine than a martial arts display.

The mind is like a parachute, it only works when it's open.
