Simo Posted November 19, 2006 Posted November 19, 2006 What are your thoughts and if so what do u use or implement to train with it?I use a tube out of a bike tired and put it around a pole and punch and kick with it wrapped around my arm/leg? love to hear all ur ways. Osu
