Thats ok Bush, i can't do pressups or pull ups. Going to blame it on my height and weight, not the fact that i've got weedy little arms. :)

I could blame it on my weight, but then that is admitting that I am fat!

Hey, were not fat........were just short for our weight :D

 :D  :D

Oh, if it were true!

OK, Ive been doing this now for a couple of weeks at the end of each workout. What I want to know is, what is the best way to include it in a routine? I mean I'm currently going 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1, but its going to get to the point where this needs increasing and I would like your suggestions on the best way to increase it.

To increase it, just add a number. If you have been working on 5, and you feel ready to move on, go to 6. It is really just that easy with this drill. At number 5, you are doing 25 total push-ups. By going up to 6, you add 11, going up to 36 total push-ups. This may not sound like adding much, but the time you spend waiting on your partner is what makes the exercise sequence challenging.
