bushido_man96
I was browsing around, trying to find some sledgehammer routines, when I stumbled across this: http://www.shovelglove.com/I thought it was interesting. It looks like it could have some benefits, but it wasn't what I was looking for. It did catch my eye, though. What do y'all think? https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com

He admits that he himself is no expert, but it is great that he has the initiative to find innovative ways to train. I wish more people did. With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." Orion
Erm, I think if i started doing this my girlfriend might get a little worried. Although it is very original. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
bushido_man96
Yeah, I thought it had a touch of originality to it as well. If I were to do it, I don't think I would wrap the end of the hammer, though. https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Orion
Might be a bit scary without the jumper on the end. If someone see's you swinging a hammer round witha a jumper on it they'll think your strange. If they saw you just swinging a hammer round i think PC plod would be visiting. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
