I was browsing around, trying to find some sledgehammer routines, when I stumbled across this: http://www.shovelglove.com/

I thought it was interesting. It looks like it could have some benefits, but it wasn't what I was looking for. It did catch my eye, though.

What do y'all think?

It looks like another form of functional training, but I do give him points for creativity. He admits that he himself is no expert, but it is great that he has the initiative to find innovative ways to train. I wish more people did.

Erm, I think if i started doing this my girlfriend might get a little worried. Although it is very original.

Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.

Might be a bit scary without the jumper on the end. If someone see's you swinging a hammer round witha a jumper on it they'll think your strange. If they saw you just swinging a hammer round i think PC plod would be visiting.

Yeah, but if you do it at home, in your house, you should be ok. :)
