GATES Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 ok so snapped my bone behind my little knuckle and it's all straped up,i only have 3 knuckles now.so any one got any advice how long before i can punch the bag full power i'm guessing about a year as i dont want it to keep re-breakingit sucks Train hard fight easy.
Fosgate Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 Probably months before it completely heals. As for punching the bag, I guess that would depend on how uncomfortable it is when hitting it IF you can bend your broken finger. Last time I jammed a finger I put it in a splint and drove myself to whatever new limit the injury imposed on me. You could always practice ridgehands. TANG SOO!
bushido_man96 Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Hmm, not sure what to tell ya. You can always work with the other hand, though! https://www.haysgym.comhttp://www.sunyis.com/https://www.aikidoofnorthwestkansas.com
Sohan Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Look at the glass as half full. You now have time to develop your best kicking techniques ever. TigerDude Posted November 10, 2006 Posted November 10, 2006 Boxer's fracture. I have a bent bone from one from college. It took 2 keys off my octave reach on the piano.Doors >> Hands If you think only of hitting, springing, striking or touching the enemy, you will not be able actually to cut him. You must thoroughly research this. - Musashi
