dragonwarrior_keltyr Posted November 7, 2006 Posted November 7, 2006 Hi all! I joined this site in september and have lurked around for a while trying to remember my password I am in my last year of high school and have studied shotokan karate for almost four years now I am a blue belt (hopeful of becoming a purple next grading). Other info... um.. I just came back this weekend from a Tsuruoka seminar in Medicine Hat which was amazing! Too bad I could only stay for one day. That's all for now! External training without the training of the mind is nothing
