rabid hamster Posted May 10, 2002 Posted May 10, 2002 Hi, I just heard about the paleolithic diet. If anyone has tried this, does it work, and is it healthy for you? I always thought carbs were good, as long as you didn't eat too much of it and if you wanted to try this diet, what kind of stuff should you eat? thank you It is only with the heart that one can see clearly, for the most essential things are invisible to the eye.
spinninggumby Posted May 10, 2002 Posted May 10, 2002 Paleolithic.... Hmmm. Probably a lot of branches and leaves. And also those small sour berries. In all seriousness, I kno nothing about this haha. But I don't think I could ever stick with it b/c I always need some type of palatability or good taste, LOL  'Conviction is a luxury for those on the sidelines'William Parcher, 'A BEAUTIFUL MIND'
tessone Posted May 10, 2002 Posted May 10, 2002 If this is the same as the hunter/gatherer diet (sounds like it), then there's a thread about it here: http://www.karateforums.com/forums/viewtopic.php?topic=2636&forum=19&10 Chris TessoneBrown Belt, Kuk Sool Won
