Sparring

Recommended Posts

Try to spar with different partners of different abilities, heights, and weights. Also, try to do reaction exercises over the next two weeks to keep your reflexes sharp. I enjoy chasing a superball in an enclosed room like a racquetball court (yes, my wife thinks I'm kookoo for this, but I like it).

Good luck!

With respect,

Sohan

Hey, that sounds like fun!

I have played racquetball in the past, and man, is it a tough game! Great exercise, though.

Tore off 35 lbs in 3 months playing racquetball a few years ago. That's before I got into martial arts. Then I gained it all back! Go figure.

TANG SOO!
