Also, try to do reaction exercises over the next two weeks to keep your reflexes sharp. fat_buddha Posted November 8, 2006 Posted November 8, 2006 8 rounds of fighting, that's 16minsyou can do whatever you want to get ready, i would recomend training at a high intensity to build your cardio, and when you end up getting test if you pace yourself you should be fine
