Try to spar with different partners of different abilities, heights, and weights. Also, try to do reaction exercises over the next two weeks to keep your reflexes sharp. I enjoy chasing a superball in an enclosed room like a racquetball court (yes, my wife thinks I'm kookoo for this, but I like it).

Tore off 35 lbs in 3 months playing racquetball a few years ago. That's before I got into martial arts. Then I gained it all back! Go figure.

8 rounds of fighting, that's 16mins

you can do whatever you want to get ready, i would recomend training at a high intensity to build your cardio, and when you end up getting test if you pace yourself you should be fine
