Zapatista
How many times a day does it say to take it? If it's twice I just take mine after I get up in the morning and before I go to bed at night. The brand I have just says to take it twice a day (after the loading period of 4 to 6 times a day for 5 days), and doesn't give specific times. I'd say take it whenever it's most convienent for you. Sohan
Take it before strength training, but after any cardio or MA training. Your uptake should be better post-workout, and chances of stomach upset will be lower. And be sure to take creatine with a juice or sugar-based drink to optimize uptake. With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." Rick_72
While performance enhancement suppliments may be good for some, I don't personally subscribe to them. Mainly because the only thing I'm really training for is a marathon (although I train hard all around), and I've heard too many horror stories about mixing suppliments (natural or otherwise) with intense cardio exercise, and I'm not looking to win, just to finish. If I can't lift it with the muscle I've built with regular training, I just haven't gotten there yet. Not to mention the cost doesn't meet the gain for me.I run, swim, train in Karate, play soccer on an intermural team, and do some strength training. Orion
I would like to agree but it cost me about £30 a month and even my missus has said that she's noticed a difference. So to me its worth it. Although you are training for totally different thing to me and good luck as well. Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do. (so basically you get the same gaines in a month if you didnt load, and you didnt have to re-supply creatine yet)
