TigerDude Posted October 19, 2006 Posted October 19, 2006 you could have a "Ask Sohan" section on the forum where we can just ask you questions, cause your full of great information. The great news is that Sohan answers questions all across the forums, so we already have an "Ask Sohan" thing going! If you think only of hitting, springing, striking or touching the enemy, you will not be able actually to cut him. You must thoroughly research this. - Musashi

Rainbow_Warrior Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Yes , sohan is right.... it´s not an aminoacid really....I was told that.....and I ve readen that in a damn creatine can , with the info about regeneration and energy... ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´
Zapatista Posted October 20, 2006 Posted October 20, 2006 Here's a question about Creatine: I started the loading process Monday and I've noticed that my cardiovascular system has been affected. It feels like I have a constant chest cold and things that weren't winding me before are starting too.Now I'm also going through other health problems now (mainly mental health) so it could always be from that, but is Creatine known to cause this? and if so, should it go away after I'm done loading or should I just get off it now? The reason I haven't gotten off it already is because I've noticed results already and I didn't want to give it up.

All that is doing is making your supply run out faster and you dig into your pockets sooner. Forget the loading phase and just start the normal reccommended usage.

I've heard from people that I should extend the loading stage further than what is expected. I hate taking the creatine (well used to) because what I would dilute it with wouldn't take all the powder so it didn't taste good at all. Now that I've changed to using it with chocolate soy milk, I can't taste it at all and it doesn't make me sick to my stomach either.

I bought once a package of orange flavored , and they were eat-able. ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´

I would get those except I bought a big thing of powder creatine awhile ago and I would feel bad if I didn't use it all up before getting the "candies". Do they taste any good? I probably won't get them because, like I said, with the chocolate soy milk I'm able to take the creatine without even noticing any difference in flavor or consistency.

In my experience it certainly does fills the tanks quicker--and I always notice a remarkable difference in my workouts and my physique after 5 days. Not loading gets the same results, but it just takes longer. I know there's still some conflicting research about this, but I've taken enough of the stuff to know how it affects me.With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth."
