Orion
I've started to bulk up, not really for my MA but just to look good and feel good about myself. I heard that Protein and creatine are the way to go so I put my order in. Although the problem i've found is that its the same as eating egg's or beans (you get my meaning) anyone else had this problem and have you found a cure? Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
Sohan
I've started to bulk up, not really for my MA but just to look good and feel good about myself. Although the problem i've found is that its the same as eating egg's or beans (you get my meaning) anyone else had this problem and have you found a cure?Drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar after you take your protein. It should solve the problem. Rinse your mouth with water afterward to remove the acid from your teeth. Also, be sure to take your creatine separately from your protein, or you won't assimilate it as well. Take creatine with fruit juice or something else that has simple carbs. With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." ninjanurse
Personally, I opt for the natural method. Putting the right thing (naturally) into your body everyday is better than adding additional stuff. This is my granola crunching, tree hugging opinion only!! Orion
Everybody has there opinions and sometimes your body needs a little help. Also creatine is created in your body anyway and protein is needed to build muscle mass, a long way from steriods (but thats a totally different story) Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.
Rainbow_Warrior
Creatine is an aminoacid that help you to train better , and get your muscles regenerated. Is not bad , but is not magin....Proteins in market...are the same that eating much beef , milk, cheese and/or eggs....And are nasty.Steroids DO really work , but they are illegal in most countries...and you have to kwnow how to take them or with a doctor..or you could have several problems. ´´ The evil may win a round , but not the fight ´´

It is a nitrogenous organic acid that is made in the liver by parts of three amino acids, but is not itself an amino acid. And it does nothing to "regenerate" muscle tissue, but is merely a metabolite that is used as a source of ATP for short duration higher-intensity exercise. Supplementing it in the diet provides for greater stores of creatine in muscle tissue, allowing one to experience higher training volume which in turn allows for better gains.Sorry, just wanted to point that out. With respect,Sohan "If I cannot become one of extraordinary accomplishment, I will not walk the earth." Putting the right thing (naturally) into your body everyday is better than adding additional stuff. This is my granola crunching, tree hugging opinion only!! these things are produced in the body and are therefor natural. Does it really matter to you if you get the extra protein from a shake, or from eating heaps of tuna?
